Blocking Numbers

So AT&T says they cant block a phone number because Im on a business account. I found iblacklist, but i dont want to have to jailbreak my phone if i dont have to. Any other app store apps out there that will block a phone number?

So if you are not on a business account they can block numbers?

they can offer me a subscription service but theres a monthly fee and its only for private number customers, not business accounts.

I didn't know they could do that, I am gonna have to look in to that.

Yeah its a service they offer for kids phones so you can limit who calls them or who they call.
