    Hi - I did some searches and couldn't find anything about this, although I'm sure I'm not alone.

    I purchased an album on the iPhone through iTunes. Worked fine. Then, after syncing to the computer, the music disappeared from the phone and isn't anywhere in the computer (including the "purchased on iPhone" playlist). As I was considering what to do, a friend's son called me up for help -- the same thing happened to him.

    We both went to "Report a problem" on the invoice on iTunes -- a week later, no reply.

    Is this a common problem? Is there anything else I can do? Do you feel my pain?

    I haven't seen that before but give Apple a call, I have heard of them allowing downloads on a single-repeat basis for people who lost their hard drives, so this may be something they can help you with as well.
