The best way to start writing iPhone apps?

So I have a few ideas for some iPhone apps. What is the best way to learn how to write them? I know the NDA prevented discussion about the development process, but now that it's been lifted there must be some resources out there. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find much. Any tips?
