Synch w/ time & chaos

Is anyone synching with Time and Chaos? If so how are you doing it? The recommended solution is to sych Chaos to Outlook to iPhone. I'm just reluctant to do this multi-step synch so I'm curious how well it works.

Since there's no direct support, far as I can tell, it looks like you'd pretty much have to sync first to Outlook, then to the iPhone.
