hello i currently have a unlocked/jailbroken iphone at version 2.0.1

i would like to upgrade to current sw version in itunes

what are the steps i take to safely do this and not get my phone looped
or loose all my info

i am also working on a windows pc

i have dl the new quickpwn 2.1

i am just scared to do something wrong

i was able to upgrade to 2.1 in itunes
and then just run quickpwn in windows and all went smooth no issue
