I have iphone 2g ver 2.0.2 and when change permission with pc suite error down give me:

I'm not sure whether you are talking about your iPhone not being authorized on the computer you connect it to or that you see some restrictions while using the iPhone.

To authorize your computer to sync with your phone just go into iTunes and then under Help, I believe, you can authorize the computer and this sync the iPhone with that iTunes library.

To remove a restriction on tv iPhone then you need to go into the phone's settings and check out the Reatrictions setting under Security.

Try this out if one of these is the problem you are having. If your problem is completely unrelated to the aforesaid, then please explain the problem in further detail.
