What phone did you have before your iPhone?

Agreed, you really do get used to it. It was the first smartphone I had/first touch screen and after a day or so it was normal to me. It felt like it would to just press a regular button, but it was on a virtual keyboard

Well so far, iPhone is the only phone where I was able to get used to the virtual keyboard. Other phones (like BlackBerry's Surepress) felt weird, and some Android phones, the screen didn't feel as responsive or accurate as Apple's would.

I had a Blackberry 8900 and a Blackberry 9700 prior to my iPhone 4. I don't regret making the change but I did have BBM withdrawal prior to discovering Whatsapp.

yea it was!
I had a Blackberry storm 2 and after switching to the iphone i felt like i added time to my life haha
the storm was so slow and laggy. Extremely unresponsive at times. However i was not aware of this until i actually tried out an iphone and realized all of the time i had been wasting on that storm!

good choice, you won't regret it.

At the busy times I would say once a week on average, there was actually a time where I bought and sold 3 phones on the same day.... the benefit/curse of craigslist and kijiji. But since I switched to the iphone 4 I've had an iPhone 4 since Oct. 17 I believe, and had 5 16GB's iP4's and switched to the 32GB in Nov or December don't remember and haven't looked back since.

I might try the Motorola Atrix or the HTC Desire HD but I won't sell the iPhone 4 if I do. It's too good, except the reception problem because I live in a Marginal area but I can live with it. My phone history is of the last 5.5 years roughly btw.
