i have iphone 3gs 2009 it show to me no service and no wifi no iemi bluetoth wht happend and can soemone help me for this i have version 4.1 bb 06.15.00

Go to a nearby AT&T and buy service from them. Afterwards, you should be able to use the device. If the device is activated and you indeed have cellular service for it, then you may try resetting the network settings in the Settings menu.
