I have a huge problem that need to be answered. my wife phone deleted all the apps and i was curious is there anyway i can put a older facebook because it jailbreak and the newest upgrade is 4.03

Has the phone ever been backed up to iTunes? If so, try to transfer the backed up Facebook app from iTunes onto your device.

If you haven't ever synced it then you are out of luck. Unless a friend has the version you want you'll have to get the newest version from the app store.
