Hello I have an email account on my iPhone that I created for miscellaneous things. The problem is I lost my password and now only have access to it on my iPhone. Do not remember security question. I have keychain.db from iPhone on desktop but unable to read it. How do I decrypt file so I can read password for email account.

If you were able to decrypt the keychain it wouldn't be of much use as a security measure. Unless you have a friend who works for a cyber security agency who owes you a favor, I'm afraid you're stuck.

Why not go to the website hosting the email address and have them send a password reset to your alternate email. That's why they always ask for alternate email addresses.
