My wife's 11 month old 3GS had a home button failure, so it got replaced at the Apple Store with a brand new one. The new one at 2 weeks started rebooting for no apparent reason. I updated to 4.3.5 but it hasn't changed the problem, it reboots after a few minutes of use or non use, randomly. Any thoughts? I luckily still have about 2 weeks of warranty left.
    Thanks
BTW, it's a virgin, no JB.

Does the iPhone work or just in a loop? If in a loop, put the iPhone on recovery mode. (DFU)

I would just take it back -- and assuming you have an iTunes backup it would be easy to get everything back the way your wife had it (as I'm sure you know...)

It still works, you just don't know when it will reboot. :-)

Yes it is backed up, so no big deal, just wondered if it was a common problem, or if there was something I could try.
    Thanks for the help.
