IPhone 3gs no wifi settings

My Girfriend has just brought me a iphone 3gs and for some reason there is no wifi setting on it at all all i have is pen calibration phone setup security set up and restore factory settings as she brought it second hand im now thinking its not what it is as states ive never been any good with phones and would apprecite any help on this thanks

This PHone Was Fake not an original IPHONE but a very good look alike keep an eye out for such things this post should be deleted now admin thanks
