iphone 3Gs V.3.1.2 disconnects randomly from Exchange 07

Hey there in Apple land,

I have an iphone 3GS running version 3.1.2 and it would stay connected the entire day with exchange 07 and come the next day, it disconnects and i will have to input my account information again. This is quickly getting old! If there are fixes to this or thoughts, please share. My job depends on it.
