Photos from pc to iphone

Can anyone help me with moving photos from my pc to my iphone please?

Connect your iPhone to your computer, initiate the iTunes app, click on the photos tab, drag your photos into that section and then select sync. Alternatively, open a free Dropbox account, download the Dropbox app for your computer. Initiate Dropbox on your computer, upload the photos to it. Now install the Dropbox app onto your iPhone, initiate the Dropbox app, enter your Dropbox credentials and locate the photos you uploaded. Select the ones you want to transfer to your iPhone, select the arrow at the bottom right corner of the screen and then select 'save photo'.
