iphone 3g noob!

i got a iphone 3g jailbroken/unocked. i have tmobile but im always roaming so can only get edge speeds with my tmobile phone.

im roaming on att. was told that i could get 3g speed if i got an unocked iphone but all i get is edge.

are there settings i need to change or add? also tried sending a picture but if failed. any help would be appreciated!

Sorry, but all you will get is EDGE using an iPhone with T-Mobile as it doesn't support T-Mobiles 3G frequency. To send a picture you will need to change the APN settings from the current carrier to T-Mobiles APN settings. Once you do this you'll be able to send and receive MMS without a problem.

You wont get 3g. But you can call T-Mobile and they will walk you through setting up all the settings to get everything working, as far as data.
