    I'm new to the forum but am in desperate need of suggestions. I am also probably one of the least technical on the forum, so be gentle. I have a 3G iPhone. My iTunes account has not recognized my phone for over 2 months now. I just didn't have the time to mess with it. My son's 4G was recognized and he could sync with the iTunes account although it kept telling us that it could not back up iTunes to the computer. I had a computer technician come out and he reloaded iTunes and did a few other things trying to get it to work but nothing worked. Then yesterday when my son got a replacement 4G phone (warranty work). Now neither of the phones are recognized by iTunes. I have tried reading stuff online and have done everything out there that I could find but nothing works. I've unplugged PC and plugged back in, used different iPhone synch cable, plugged into every USB port on the PC, reloaded iTunes, powered off and on iPhone. Does anyone have any other ideas??? Help!

    Try a different pc and USB cable maybe
