PLEASE HELP. IPHONE 3g Stuck in Safe Mode! 3g/4.2/6.15 bb

HI I tried installing the "MYWI" App thru Cydia. My phone is now stuck in safe mode. It won't let me un-install it, I can't install any new sources. I get an error msg. When i try to re-jb, windows wants to shut down redsnow during the jailbreaking process and I tried removing the app thru Ifile. still nothing. if anyone cant please help me fix this please respond. thanks.

If you're running Windows 7 or vista, make sure you right click on redsnow and choose run as administrator.

Can u turn off tweaks in settings ? Then respiring without tweaks to try to uninstall
