Black spot on IPhone 3G S camera

So I've had my phone for a little over 24 hours and just now there's a black dot in the camera app!

I took a picture this morning and don't remember seeing it, but I notice it now.

The weird part is that the pictures come out fine (without the spot) and it's only in the camera application that I see it. Any ideas?

You might have a dead pixel on the screen. Take it to an apple store and show them, they should replace it if noticeable

have to agree with touchyphone. sounds like a dead pixel. weird that it only shows up in 1 application though. usually a dead pixel is just that. dead. no matter what program/game/website you are using at the time.

I concur

it is odd its only in one app, but perhaps, well I dont know. Still sounds like a pixel issue.
