help setting up exchange email on iphone 3g

Can someone help me with setting up my work email(exchange) on my iphone? I think I have all the info but its not working...

generally your it dept has to open an adress that will allow you to connect to the exchange server without being on their network... I would get with your IT dept first, as this is usually the root problem...
