Not really, unfortunately. Watching videos keeps the screen on always, and that is the biggest battery user of all. On top of that, it runs the two high-performance cores continuously, and those are relatively power-hungry. Scrolling Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, web, etc., use the efficiency cores, so it saves a bit of battery that way.
