Depends on the thickness of the case.
If it’s too thick, it won’t charge or charge slower.

I can’t guarantee anything about charging speed, but it should charge nevertheless.

If you can charge wirelessly with the case then yes, you can use magsafe on it.

I am charging my old iPhone 11 Pro, with leather Apple case, with it at the moment. It seems to be working fine.

FYI the uag cases may be too thick. I put my iPhone 12 in my uag case for my 11 pro max as my uag iPhone 12 case hasn’t come yet and the MagSafe charger wasn’t recognized by the iPhone at all. Kind of disappointing
