Iphone 11 won’t charge wirelessly

I bought an iPhone 11 through AT&T, it wouldn’t charge in my car. I tried at home on many different charges and brands. Reset, hard reset etc. still won’t charge. Took it back to AT&T and they swapped it out. The new phone won’t charge wirelessly either. I know that it is a known issue but 2 different phones seems a little odd. Anything I am missing or advise on a fix before I return it and go with a 12?

Do you have a case on it? Some cases are too thick. Are you lining it up properly on the charging pad?

I have a Totallee case in it that is only .02” thick. Never had a problem with my 11pro Max with the same case.

Take it out of the case to see whether or not it charges. If it does then you’ll know the case is causing the problem. If it still doesn’t charge with the case on it then you need to contact Apple.
