My new iphone 11 ringer volume is low and only rings three times although volume setting is set to full

Music and video volumes seem more normal
Is the phone defective or is there another way to increase the volume?

I just checked mine and it’s as loud as ever I would reset your settings to see if that corrects the ringer if not probably make an appointment with Apple.

Go to Settings>Sounds and Haptics. Your “Ringer” volume is independent from music or video volume.
