For those of you who watched the keynote, did Apple state why pre-orders are now happening at 8 AM ET/ 5 AM PT instead of the typical 3 AM ET/Midnight PT? I’m just curious.

They just said to allow us all more time to sleep.

You know you can use the Apple Events app and still watch it, right?

It does drain an hour and 40 minutes from your life, but it's still there.
