Generic UPS

I have an iPhone 11 Pro and I have the Apple Smart Battery Case. It works fine, no issues but last few days when I’m checking on percentage left the battery widget tells me that it’s a Generic UPS that’s plugged in. Now I know that UPS refers to Uninterruptible Power Supply but I’ve never seen it refer to that, it always said Smart Battery Case. Has anyone seen this before?
