Volume messed up on 11 Pro

Hello,

This is how it looks when I press volume up/down on XS https://streamable.com/uc2jn

This is how it looks on 11 Pro https://streamable.com/2zstc

You can see how different it looks, it's like XS is doing normal ringtone sound, 11 Pro don't know what's doing to be honest. On pro, it doesn't even do anything for ringer tone..is it iOS 13 bug? but how is it working fine on XS with iOS 13?

It’s working as intended on your xs you have the volume buttons set to control ringer on your 11 pro you have it set to volume go in your sound settings
