    What’s the best app to use to cut, crop, and edit pictures? I also want to be able to cut pieces out and place them on another picture

    Well unfortunately almost everything is going to a subscription platform.

    IMHO, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

    Then again, I’m a photographer and pay the subscription.
