Do you have any recommendations for a Bluetooth audio adapter for my car?

So I am joining iPhone for the first time. I am coming from pixel 4xl and with that phone I would connect to my Roav bolt via Bluetooth and that was connected to my auxiliary. This set up would allow me to talk to my phone and ask it to do a bunch of things and it would also read my notifications to me if I wanted. Is there something similar with iPhone. What are you guys using in your cars if it’s not equipped with airplay to play music and speak to Siri? Thanks guys

In my only car without a radio that will connect to my max I use a plantronics headset that works great with siri and plays my emails back to me it also has a charging case when I am not using it.
