    I recently switched to at&t, my phone says 4G but not LTE, is there something wrong? My iPhone was bought at best buy and used with tmobile first then got it unlocked if that makes a difference.

    I'm on AT&T, and when I'm not connected to WiFi I am connected to LTE/5GE most of the time. However, there are times when the connection is only 4G. Those are areas where the signal is weak, or AT&T doesn't have a tower nearby. I would contact AT&T about this and have them check into it.

    As others have stated, I hope during the changes at Best Buy, they gave you a new ATT SIM.
    Also, on your ATT account, I would have them confirm that they are seeing the correct IMEI/device.

    And, to truly confirm, I would restart the device, to reconfirm that it is still active, and not just a fluke.
