Display Zoomed vs Standard - Standard sharper?

Is the Standard display option sharper than the Zoomed one?

I'm old and blind but standard seems sharper to me

I just switched back to standard from zoomed and it looks much sharper to me.

Yes, I did too when I read the original post. The sharpness is the same on Standard as it is on Zoomed on my Pro Max

Zoomed. I specifically bought the Pro Max so I could get Zoomed Display back. Standard doesn’t look any different to me but you could always try Bold Text.

I like Standard for the smaller app icons and the screen just looks better to me. If I switch, my wallpapers won't fit right in zoomed.

I said it looks better to me. Maybe Standard has a slightly better resolution. I haven't tried zoomed in iOS 13.

Go to Settings>Display & Brightness> Text Size. You can adjust text size for apps that use dynamic text, which iMessage does.

I prefer standard. I just like everything smaller, wish I could change the DPI settings. Zoomed should help you see better though.

Zoomed and larger text for my older eyes works the best for me.
