The battery usage on my iPhone 11 pro max is confusing

Hey guys, so I’m really impressed with how amazing battery life is but I’m finding it difficult to understand how many hours I’ve used on screen with this device.
Please see below. I have used way more than three hours below. Last time I charged my phone was yesterday afternoon to 100%
Can somebody help explain how this battery usage works

Screen on and iPhone off the charger are two different things. Hopefully a member with more knowledge about your question will chime in.
