iPadOS Safari..change back to mobile version?

After messing with the new desktop Safari layout I think I prefer the mobile version on my 9.7” iPad. It feels cluttered this way. The screen is big but not that big.

I’m checking settings but I don’t see an option to change this yet. Any ideas?
