    You have multiple choices.
    -You can install iCloud for windows on your PC and have it synced in the photo folder
    -You could mail the folder to yourself and open it on your PC
    -You could use Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive or one of many of the other cloud apps.
    -You could connect your iPhone to your PC, open the folder of your phone in File Explorer on your PC, find the movie and copy it to your hard drive.

    Any one of those choices should be what you're looking for.
