PS4, Ipad, and recording

Can you record PS4 gameplay footage from an Ipad? I want to start editing my gaming sessiosn and I've done a few live streams using Twitch but you can't edit on Twitch. Also, if you're able to record PS4 gameplay from an Ipad, can that footage be uploaded to YouTube? I watched a video on IMovie which seemed amazing but I don't want to get an Ipad if I can't record my game footage.

Yes, either proper up the iPad or have someone hold it while recording your PS4 gameplay via the native camera app is video record mode.As for YouTube, I'd like to think you would be able to upload the video to it.
