Why does my iPad freeze after I type only 6letters

When I want to go into one of my accounts it freezes up after I have only typed six letters,why and how can I solve it

I don't know why. You can try rebooting your iPad to see if that fixes the problem. Other than that, you're going to have to supply more information in order for any of us to help you.

Reboot your iPad or clear ram by hold power button but don't slide and off when you get power off screen then hold menu key for five seconds then ram will clear if still not working then try to soft reset
