Why isn't my iPad charging and my battery is draining and not USB Tethering?

my Ipad not Charging and Battery Drain and not USB Tethering... please help me

Try a different charging cable, make sure there's no debris in the charging port, make sure the wall socket has power, and make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store, if necessary..
