The clipboard feature is not accessible. Having said that, you can paste anything that you just copied into notes or any other app with a text field.

Clipboard is basically the same as copy and paste. Some photo and image apps use it as a convenience. It makes copying and pasting images easier in their apps. Text usually doesn't work in clipboard.
