    I have an iOS IPad 3. I want to upgrade it to iOS 13. The version now is 9.3.5. Can anyone help me with this?

    I doubt it, but you can try posting in the Jailbreak section. Hopefully, those who still jailbreak may come along to assist soon.

    No, 9:3:5 is as far as the Gen 3 goes. I still use mine for some things.
