iPad turning off

The issue is my iPad 4 turs of after 6 hours not been used

The iPad 2,3 did not do this

What is causing it

I done restore in iTunes it has not been set up yet

With the age of the iPad, at least one thought is that the battery needs to be replaced. If that is the case, you might be better off just purchasing a new iPad, as replacing the battery will likely cost almost as much as one of the new iPads.

Batteries don’t last forever. iPad batteries are designed to retain 80% of their original capacity for 1,000 full charge cycles but lots of different factors can influence that number. It’s very possible your battery needs to be replaced.
