How to bypass original sign in info after factory restore

I recently sold my iPad on eBay. I did a factory restore before I mailed the iPad to the buyer. I just received an email from the buyer and the iPad is asking them for the original email address and password. Does anyone know how to bypass this?

Login to the iCloud website, select the Find My iPhone option, and then remotely wipe the device as well as remove it from your list of trusted devices.

Duh!!! I completely forgot about to remove it from my iCloud account.
