How can I transfer words with friends from iphone6 to iPad 4

I lost my words with friends game on my iPad but still have it on my iphone6 Can anyone please tell me how if and how I can transfer it from phone to iPad ?

All you have to do is download the game on your iPad 4 and login using the same id.

I link WWF account to Facebook and have no problem switching between devices. Games sync pretty seamlessly.
