Can't send emails with attachments?

Hi, For the past days i have been trying to send emails on the IPAD but were not going through. The ones with attachments are not going out but those without attachments are going out. What could be the cause of this, please help me out this is holding me back.

The file is in PDF format, it bounces back to my outbox.

You might try using 3rd party apps like Documents By Readdle or other similar apps. Apple hasn't got the Attachment thing working yet. Many complain about it.

How large are the attachments and do you have a firewall/anti-virus app installed that will scan the attachments prior to allowing them to be sent? If so, give it time.
