where is the REAL download for os 6.1.3?

I am only finding scam websites for the download file for jailbreaking a mac os 6.1.3 device? Can anyone direct me to an actual download site? Thanks.

Be aware that currently the ONLY jailbreak for 6.1.3 devices is for iPhone 4 and earlier devices, and that is a tethered jailbreak. There is currently NO 6.1.3 jailbreak on the 4S or iPhone 5.
