I'm shopping for an Ipad 1. I'd be grateful to know the differences between these two models:

Apple iPad 1 16GB 3G + WIFI Black MC349

Apple iPad 1 32GB WIFI Black MB292B/A

The 16g has the ability to use w data from your cell plan as well as wifi

The 32g is twice the storage as the other but does not have the ability to use data other than wifi.

First of all, it's your business and your money, but if you don't mind me asking, why not opt for at least an iPad 2?
