Multitasking close gesture not working?!

I have a new Ipad 3 64gb wifi, and it was jailbroken with absinthe since its realease, had no problems. And the other day my 5 finger pinch to close gesture stopped working. I can still swipe the task switcher up, and swipe between apps, but the close gesture will not work. I didnt install anything new when this happened.So I restored my ipad yesterday. It started working again and everything was fine. Now, it's doing it again. Ive switched gestures on and off, resprung, rebooted, nothing works. They dont work in safe mode either. I dont get it.

I've asked a Mod to move this thread to the jailbreak sub forums. I THINK that is where the problem lies, but I'm not sure. I'm also posting and bumping the thread to get it on the new posts list, and hopefully get it seen and get you an answer.

Do you have activator installed? What happens in safe mode?
