Restore from backup problem

I just got me new iPad 3 and restored from a backup file via the cloud of my old iPad. My issue now is that it keeps popping up with an error saying "unable to download song". I can select either done or retry. I have tried selecting both only to have the warning pop up again a few minutes later. Any suggestions on how to rid my iPad of this annoying warning? I really don't care if that song ever gets downloaded. Everything else restored from my backup perfectly. Thanks in advance.

did u restore the backup via icloud or itunes?

I restored via iCloud

Don't know if this will help, but when I restored from iCloud - the first time not everything came across, but when I did a second restore a couple of hours later out of frustration everything came back and my folder structure went back to where it should be.

restoring from icloud is screwy. use itunes.

I had the same exact issue on my iPad 2. I ended up having to restore as new.
