Another charging question

I read somewhere that charging your iPad in a case causes the battery to overheat.
So do you charge in or out of your cases?

I charge in the case. I have no heating issues. I'm using a smart cover with a Belkin Snap case on the back.

I have also heard this happening on the iphone, my ipad and iphone are both in cases and are charged all the time with no heating issues.

I charge them both with a case and without. Never noticed a problem either way.

Don't forget a phone gets much hotter than the next iPad. Charging phones in cases has never been a problem.

But I heard it does cause brain cancer. Lol
