Mute Switch not working

For some reason the switch that's above the volume rocker is not working properly. It works for rotation lock, but not for mute. The only thing it will mute is the keyboard clicking. It won't mute music or video volume. Anyone having a similar issue or have a fix? I restored from back up, I then set up as new, I've done a hard reset, nothing is helping. Figured I check here before I take it to Apple tomorrow. Thanks.

I think that's how they all are now. Be happy they gave us rotation lock back. Maybe the mute will be system wide again in a later iOS update.
