How do I enable HDR on this device?

I'm not sure that the option is still available. The Options button only shows the Grid toggle switch.

There's an app for that... Top Camera - HDR and Slow Shutter for iPad for iPad on the iTunes App Store

Thanks for verifying the lack of this feature. I thought that I was missing something.
Hopefully, this'll get added in a software update.

Are you saying HDR was built into the older iPad Camera App?

No. It is there in the iPhone 4s camera app.
