I plan to get an iPad 3 on release day but I'm a little concerned about my highlights/notes in iBooks. I converted my course readings from PDF to ePub and manually imported them to my iPad 2 to read/highlight/take notes. My guess is that they do not get backed up with iCloud since I didn't purchase them through the iBookstore...so will a manual backup on my computer save it all? Anyone tried this? Thanks in advance!
